Deepdene School is an independently owned, co-educational Nursery and Prep school in Hove, East Sussex, England. The school is located on New Church Road and offers provision from 6 months to 11 years.[1]

Admissions

The school is of a non-denominational religion. It had 213 pupils in January 2015.[2] The co-owners and heads of the Prep and Nursery departments are Elizabeth Brown and Nicola Gane, respectively.

History

The school was founded on its current site in 1948.[3]

Sponsoring local community

The school sponsors local enterprises including Preston Nomads Cricket Club[4] and The New Venture Theatre,[5] Hove. In December 2015 the school took part in the Hove Beach Huts Advent Calendar, which has since been praised by David Cameron.[6]
