Commute.org (formally the Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance) is a public joint powers agency that manages transportation demand in San Mateo County, California, United States. It operates a shuttle bus network that supplements SamTrans's fixed-route and shuttle system. The agency is funded and maintained by various local governments[2] and private businesses within the county.
