Tripura Sundari Express (Agartala - Anand Vihar) route map

The Tripura Sundari Express is a weekly express train belonging to Northern Railway Zone of India, that runs between the cities, Anand Vihar in (Delhi) and Agartala in (Tripura) State. It is currently being operated with 14019/14020 train numbers on weekly basis

Overview

The train is named after the famous Tripura Sundari Temple in Agartala.

It runs weekly and connects important stations such as Kanpur, Mughalsarai, Patliputra, Katihar, New Jalpaiguri, Guwahati, Lumding, Karimganj and Dharmanagar

Classes

The train consists 19 standard ICF coaches. It does not Carry any pantry car with 2 AC 2 Tier, 3 AC 3 Tier, 7 Sleeper Classes, 5 General (unreserved) and 2 Seating (Disabled/Ladies) Cum Luggage Rakes

1. From Anand Vihar Terminal to Katihar, It gets a Ghaziabad/Kanpur/Mughalsarai based WAP-1 electric locomotive.

2. As the rest route is not electrified, the rest way is covered by a Siliguri Junction based EMD WDP-4/WDP4B/WDP4D diesel locomotive.
