Exits and entrances
The station has two entrances - Entrance A on the Taman Mutiara side of the station, and Entrance B on the Taman Segar side of the station.
Besides escalators, stairs and lifts to the ground level, various pedestrian link bridges also connect both entrances with existing and future properties adjacent to the station. This includes a link bridge from Entrance B to the Cheras Leisure Mall which was opened on 26 January 2018[2] and another from Entrance A to the EkoCheras development.
Other link bridges connect the station with a multi-storey car park and the commercial area in Taman Segar and an existing pedestrian bridge over Jalan Cheras.

History
During construction, the station was provisionally named Leisure Mall, after the Leisure Mall shopping centre located just across Jalan Cheras from the station's site. A woman was attacked and robbed by a man wearing a black t-shirt and jeans in one of the lifts at the station and the 56 seconds video of the incident caught by CCTV at the station went viral in social media [3].
