Fernhill School is a mixed comprehensive school for 11-16 year olds located in Farnborough, north-east Hampshire

The school has approximately 650 students.

As of April 2016, Fernhill School & Language College has changed its name to simply 'Fernhill School'. This is due to the funding no longer received from the government to be a specialist school.

In 2017 the school had two fires, which didn't have any fatalities, one of which the main hall was completely destroyed and the other fire done minor damage to the A-Block boys toilets.

In 2018 any damage had been repaired with the school getting a modern main hall.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the school had to close to all students (except from Key worker's children).

Head teacher

Head master Mr. Peter Collins took over in September 2012. In 2017 Mr. Peter Collins left Fernhill to two co-head teachers Mr. Heard and Mrs Cameron. As the old head teacher, Mr. Peter Collins left in 2017. As of September 2018, Mr. Mark Kingswood is the Headteacher of the school.
