The Congressional Western Caucus is a bipartisan caucus within the United States House of Representatives currently composed of 74 Members of Congress.[1] Former Representatives James V. Hansen, Bob Stump, Joe Skeen and Barbara Vucanovich founded the Congressional Western Caucus in 1993 during the 103rd Congress.
