Padhrar (Template:Lang-ur) is a village and union council (an administrative subdivision) of Khushab District located in Punjab, Pakistan.[1] It is part of Khushab tehsil.

The village is an important part of Khushab from the political perspective. The Awan tribe of the town have an active role in the politics of Khushab district.

Culture

A shrine of prominent Sheikh spiritual leader Baba Muhammad Shah Karori and his son Baba Hashim Darya Shah of Syed Hashmi Zanibia family are in Padhrar.

Geography

Padhrar is located at the beginning of Soon Valley, which leads to the mountain peak of Sakesar. The village is located at an equal distance of 55 km from the districts of Khushab and Chakwal. Kalarkahar lake is 30 kilometers and Talagang is about 40-45 kilometers from this town.
