Zêkog County (Tibetan: རྩེ་ཁོག་, Wylie: rtse khog; simplified Chinese: 泽库县; traditional Chinese: 澤庫縣; pinyin: Zékù Xiàn) is the second largest administrative subdivision by area within Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in eastern Qinghai Province, China, bordering Gansu to the east. The county has an area of 6658 square kilometres and a population of ~50,000 (2001), mainly Tibetan. The county seat is the town of Chak Qu, the elevation of Zekog is 3700 meter above sea level.

Zêkog County has an alpine climate (Köppen ET) due to very high elevation.
