Daniel Fernando (born Cesar Fernando Ramirez; 2 May 1962) is a Filipino actor politician the 34th and incumbent Governor of Bulacan.[1][2][3][4]

Fernando formerly worked as a film actor. Fernando is Critically Acclaimed for his Performance in the Peque Gallaga erotic film Scorpio Nights.
