Pageant notes

  • Candidate #2, Elizabeth Clenci and #37, Sarah Clenci are sisters.
  • Originally, BPCI announced that 40 candidates will compete in this year's pageant. Unfortunately, 3 candidates were eliminated due to some alleged issues. They were Grendel Alvarado, first Philippines' Next Top Model winner and Jenilyn Olivar who placed 3rd in the same competition, the third one is Roxanne Cabañero. However, BPCI included three more ladies to the official roster: Bernadette Aguirre (#9) from Bulacan, Gerlie Lero (#17) from Catanduanes and Monique Teruelle Manuel (#40) from Bataan. They are among those who achieved the next highest ratings called from the series of screenings conducted.[2]
