Princess Elisabeth Helene of Thurn and Taxis[citation needed] (German: Elisabeth Helene, Prinzessin von Thurn und Taxis[citation needed]) (15 December 1903, Regensburg, Kingdom of Bavaria[citation needed] – 22 October 1976, Munich, Bavaria, Germany[citation needed]) was a Princess of Thurn und Taxis by birth and a Princess and Duchess of Saxony, Margravine of Meissen, and titular Queen consort of Saxony through her marriage to Friedrich Christian, Margrave of Meissen. Elisabeth was the sixth child[citation needed] of Albert, 8th Prince of Thurn and Taxis and his wife Archduchess Margarethe Klementine of Austria.[citation needed]

Marriage and issue

Elisabeth married Prince Friedrich Christian of Saxony, second eldest child and son[citation needed] of Frederick Augustus III of Saxony and his wife Archduchess Luise of Austria, Princess of Tuscany,[citation needed] on 16 June 1923 in Regensburg, Bavaria.[citation needed] Elisabeth and Friedrich had five children:[citation needed]
