Regional elections in Italy took place during 2020 in nine regions out of twenty. Elections took place in Emilia-Romagna and Calabria on 26 January, and in Aosta Valley, Campania, Liguria, Marche, Apulia, Tuscany, and Veneto on 20 and 21 September. The September elections took place concurrently with the 2020 Italian constitutional referendum.
