Bukan County (Persian: شهرستان بوکان) is a Kurdish city in West Azerbaijan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Bukan. The county's population has 251,409, in 74,250 families. The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Simmineh District. The county has two cities: Bukan and Simmineh.
