Afro-Dutch are residents of the Netherlands who are of Black African or Afro-Caribbean ancestry. Afro-Dutch tend to hail from the former and present Dutch overseas territories of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and Suriname. The Netherlands also has sizable Cape Verdean and other African communities.
