Arthur Moss was an ex-pat; published Quill in Greenwich village before moving to Paris in 1921 where he remained until death in 1969. Publisher of two mags Gargoyle and Boulevardier and author of several books. Published several of Hemingways earliest pieces and promoted greats works like pablo picaso, henri mattise, Paul Cizanne, etc. He wrote two biographies...Henry Murger and Jocques Offenbach. Why isnt he on list of American ex-pats?
