Categories should only be made subcats of other cats when by definition they overlap. Just having everyone in one cat all be possible in another cat of current articles is not enough. Emigrants to Israel do not have to be Jews. To go under the law of return and have automatic citizenship on arrival they do, but there are other ways to emigrate to Israel, and there is no reason to suppose no Belgian has done so in another way.John Pack Lambert (talk) 21:23, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
