Should this be British people of Hungarian-Jewish descent? If you are born outside the UK you can't become English, you can only become British -- SteveCrook (talk) 23:48, 25 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Later: looking at the people to whom it has been applied, I think perhaps "English" is OK for people born and bred in England, with ancestry back a generation or so. Most English people, I think, have some foreign blood in their veins. Tim riley talk14:50, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, when the people were born in England they can be described as English. My first comment here was about people born outside the UK, and many of the people listed were born outside the UK -- SteveCrook (talk) 19:26, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
So David Bohm, R. B. Kitaj & Alexander Korda should all be removed from this category, or the category should be changed to "British people of Hungarian-Jewish descent" -- SteveCrook (talk) 19:58, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
