He pursued a Master's degree in Psychotherapy and Counseling from IBMS, Chittor (2008–2010), and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Merc Institute of Management (2010–2012). [edit]Dr. Paras began his career in corporate training in 2005 and transitioned into coaching in 2008. Over the years, he has become a distinguished figure in corporate consulting, coaching, and therapy, amassing over 20 years of experience. His organization, Matrrix, is an ICF-accredited coaching and training platform that focuses on corporate, life, and leadership coaching. Known for his evidence-based coaching methods, Dr. Paras combines his expertise in psychology with modern coaching techniques.
In 2022, Dr. Paras launched the Mindfulness Practitioner® App[2][3][4], offering users access to tools and techniques to enhance their personal well-being. He is also the founder of Tava-Mitram[5], a non-profit initiative certified by the International Coaching Federation, designed to support individuals in their personal growth and mental wellness.
