Wall Street Plaza is a building located at 88 Pine Street in Lower Manhattan, New York City.[1]

The building was designed by James Ingo Freed of I. M. Pei & Partners. It was completed in 1973.[2][1] There is an L-shaped privately owned public space at the base of the building, occupying the former roadbed of Pine Street.[3]

In 2019, Amnesty International was denied a lease of the building. The building owner, a subsidiary of Chinese shipping conglomerate Cosco Shipping, had their offer to Amnesty International vetoed by Cosco.[4]
