A comment on the decline of the draft

@1292simon and I dream of horses: A lot of good drafts have been declined improperly, see Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Korea#Reviews_by_Piotrus. This is borderline, but I think there are two reliable, relatively in-depth sources about the subject: [1] and [2]. And a Google Scholar search also found [3], which seems to be a Korean academic paper whose title translates to '[Meeting with the playwright Hong Chang-soo] The aim of writerism through the restoration of the literary nature of the play'. I have no objection to an AfD, but I think this deserves at least that much, and not a draft decline and technical deletion.
