Faction With Jason Ellis is an uncensored rock, punk, hip hop, and heavy metal music mixed channel on Sirius Satellite Radio channel 41[1] (previously 28), XM Satellite Radio channel 41[2] (previously 52, replacing Fungus 53 on November 12, 2008) and Dish Network channel 6041. It is also one of five alternative rock channels on Sirius XM Radio (the others are Alt Nation, 1st Wave, Lithium and Sirius XMU).

The station plays such popular acts as Avenged Sevenfold, Green Day, The Offspring, A Day to Remember, My Chemical Romance, The Devil Wears Prada, NOFX, Brand New, AFI, Beastie Boys, The Bronx, Sublime, Bring Me The Horizon, Ramones, Parkway Drive, Rage Against the Machine, Eminem, Wu-Tang Clan, Onyx, Sick of it All, CIV, Insane Clown Posse and others.

Faction With Jason Ellis is also home to The Jason Ellis Show, Radio Bam, The Mosely Method with Johnny Mosely, Marky Ramone's Punk Rock Blitzkrieg, Tim Armstrong's "Tim Timebomb and Friends", Do It Yourself Radio, Tony Hawk's Demolition Radio, The Cosmic Commander's Sonic Reduction, and hourly FU's (Faction Updates).[3]
