Honduras is an unincorporated community in Kirkland Township, Adams County, Indiana, United States. All that remains today is a church and its activity center.

History

A post office was established at Honduras in 1890, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1904.[2] The community was likely named after Honduras, in Latin America.[3]

Honduras is located at 40°45′29″N 85°01′59″W / 40.75806°N 85.03306°W / 40.75806; -85.03306 at an elevation of 840 feet.
