The Greater Western Sydney Giants joined the Australian Football League (AFL) in 2012. As of the end of the 2014 AFL season, 65 players have represented the club in a senior AFL match.[note 1] The list is arranged in the order in which each player made his debut for Greater Western Sydney in a senior AFL match. Where more than one player made his debut in the same match, those players are listed alphabetically by surname.

Greater Western Sydney's first game was played against the Sydney Swans at ANZ Stadium in Sydney, New South Wales on 24 March 2012. Greater Western Sydney played in their first AFL finals series in 2016, making the preliminary final.
