Llaqtan (Quechua llaqta place (village, town, city, country, nation), -n a suffix,[1] hispanicized spelling Llactan) is an archaeological site in Peru. It is situated in the Amazonas Region, Bagua Province, La Peca District, at a height of 1,063 metres (3,488 ft).[2]
