"More Blues"
Song

"More Blues" is the tenth track on Pink Floyd's 1969 album, Soundtrack from the Film More.[1][2] It is an instrumental composition that runs two minutes and twelve seconds long. "More Blues" is credited to the entire band.

Alternate and Live Versions

An alternate version of the song is presented in the boxset The Early Years 1965-1972. It features a much fuller mix than the original version, with more band contributions, and continues for longer, showing that the song was originally cut down.

The band would also occasionally play 12-bar blues improvisations live from 1970–72, and notably as the final encore of their performance in Montreal in 1977 (the last show of the In the Flesh Tour) with Floyd's touring guitarist Snowy White playing lead guitar in David Gilmour's place after Gilmour left the stage disgruntled.
