Palo Alto Plantation is an historic mansion located in Donaldsonville, Louisiana. It was built in c. 1850 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 13, 1977.[1]

The first recorded owners of the plantation were Pierre Oscar Ayraud and his wife, Rosalie Rodriguez, who acquired the house from succession of Rosalie's father, Mathias Rodriguez, in 1852. The plantation house is a 1+12-story building on brick piers with a twelve-foot-wide porch set under the roof line.[2][3]
