RadioReverb 97.2FM is a Brighton based non-profit community radio station. The station is based in Cheapside.
Station ethos
The station describes itself as "Brighton’s radio alternative, a community radio station that is working to create access to the airwaves and make a real difference for the people living here".[1]
Programmes
Scheduling includes programmes for the local migrant community, such as Refugee Radio, eclectic music show The Glitter Bosher Presents, Home this Morning, the UK's only regular radio programme by and for elderly people and programmes as well as HIV Happy Hour, for people with HIV.[2][3]
Training
RadioReverb ran a radio-based training course which included; presenting, programme planning, interviewing skills and using a studio and self-operating a mixing desk while presenters were live on air.[4]
