The Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property, commonly known as Rospatent (Russian: Федеральная служба по интеллектуальной собственности, Federalnaya sluzhba po intellektualnoi sobstvennosti), is a Russian governmental agency in charge of intellectual property. As of June 1, 2017, more than 379 860 national trademarks and 191 023 international trademarks were registered at the Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property, and it issued 236 510 patents.[2]
