Royal Air Charter Service, Inc. is a Philippine-registered Air Carrier. The company was established on 22 August 2002. It provides domestic and international non-scheduled airline and cargo services to Manila, Batanes, Cauayan, Clark, Cebu, Laoag, Kalibo, Maconacon, San Vicente (Palawan) and Macau. RACSI is a non-DG carrier.

On July 28, 2018, the Department of Tourism announced that they were working with RACSI to establish a regular Macau-to-Subic Bay charter run.[1]

History

The airline begun operation on August 22, 2002 as a charter airline.
