Like many of these lists and timelines, it relates to the United States alone. For instance the BBC as a corporation and not a company is missing!

Either the whole page (and series of pages) needs to be renamed or, there'sa lot of work for someone.

Since Feb 2008, when User:Chasnor15 made the above comment, a fair amount has been added to the page, making it now rather less exclusively US-centric. As with most Wikipedean endeavours, however, the task of amplification remains a work in progress! -- Picapica (talk) 12:37, 21 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
