Ancestor or "Alleged" Ancestor?

[edit]

In this article, it states that the subject "was a direct ancestor to Mulay ʻLi Shrif, founder of the Alaouite Dynasty, which is the current Moroccan royal family." However, in the article for Moulay Ali Cherif it explicitly states that the founder of said dynasty "was allegedly a descendant of l-Hesn d-Dakhl," implying that there is some debate as to whether the ancestral relationship is genuine. If this is the case, this article should be changed from "was a direct ancestor" to "is alleged to have been a direct ancenstor" reflect that, while if there is no debate the article on Moulay Ali Cherif should be changed to remove the "alleged".ChristopherGregory (talk) 23:13, 28 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
