[edit]This song is not notable, per WP:NSONG. As such, it should redirect to the album. I'll briefly wait for discussion to the contrary before redirecting this again. - SummerPhD (talk) 06:07, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
- There is no need in redirecting this article to the album because this song is an official single of Kelly Clarkson's fourth album. It will be released a few days from now. Isko1901 (talk) 06:09, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

- That does not make it notable. Please review WP:NSONG. - SummerPhD (talk) 06:12, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
- I've redirected the article, which was deleted via AFD just a few days ago for non-notability and lack of reliable references available. Wikipedia is a historical encylopedia, not a fan site or 'what will be' resource Alan - talk 06:18, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
Worthy
[edit]I think this is a worthy page.
It has more chart success and information (including single status) than "Kill the Lights" or other songs, yet they have their own page.
give it some time
Mizter Spears (I Got That) Boom Boom 01:52, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
"Kill the light" have a Critical Reception section and a music video section, This article needs (at least the first (until RCA decide if there'll be a video or no)). TbhotchTalk C. 02:00, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
Single cover
[edit]What happened to the single cover? 203.87.204.170 (talk)
- Was made on photoshop, that happened. TbhotchTalk C. 15:39, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
The single cover, we may not know, could've been done on photoshop but it is definitely not fan-made... It's the actual cover sent by RCA for the radio adds and iTunes release. You can see it yourself on iTunes. 203.87.204.170 (talk)
- insert here the sources, on KC page there's any TbhotchTalk C. 04:58, 13 April 2010 (UTC)

Kelly's official website is not being updated so there's no mention of the latest single.203.87.204.170 (talk)
- That's not iTunes website. TbhotchTalk C. 15:41, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
- a1.phobos.apple.com is Apple's image server. It would be nice to see where they link to that image, though.—Kww(talk) 15:45, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

Requested move
[edit]- The following discussion is an archived discussion of the proposal. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the proposal was moved. --BDD (talk) 16:40, 24 April 2013 (UTC) (non-admin closure)
All I Ever Wanted (Kelly Clarkson song) → All I Ever Wanted (Aranda song) – The song was originally recorded by Aranda and was covered by Kelly Clarkson. I am placing a requested move because the requested article title exists as a redirect to this page. Chihciboy (talk) 09:05, 14 April 2013 (UTC)
- Support per nom. --Richhoncho (talk) 17:10, 14 April 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose – I don't see any discussion or consensus in support of the April 14 rewrite. The article seems to be properly titled for yesterday's content, when it was about the title song from the album of the same name. I think you need to get some discussion going about the content, and then change the title only if that's consistent with the content. Dicklyon (talk) 03:22, 15 April 2013 (UTC)
- Support I can't see how we can have an article that is mistitled, it isn't her song. Okay if the original artist never released a song, but in this case Aranda did. If the article is about her version then → All I Ever Wanted (Kelly Clarkson cover version), per cover version (why isn't there a category?). In ictu oculi (talk) 08:16, 15 April 2013 (UTC)
- Comment. No separate cover version articles, please. See WP:NSONGS and WP:SONGCOVER. Cheers. --Richhoncho (talk) 12:18, 15 April 2013 (UTC)
- Got it, thanks. Good policy in fact. In ictu oculi (talk) 06:55, 24 April 2013 (UTC)

- Support but keep a redirect directly to the section describing her cover. Red Slash 23:58, 23 April 2013 (UTC)
- Comment I am concerned that the nominator significantly changed the direction of the article and then requested this nomination. It probably should have first been discussed to change the direction of the article in this talk page, and then go about adjusting the article name if the direction of the page was made. I suggest all editors take a look at the prior version which was long standing and goes back to 2010. My initial reaction is to BDR revert the page back to it's pre April 14 and then revisit the move. Tiggerjay (talk) 01:28, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for notification, (I already noticed actually I always look) a reasonable concern, however in this case the edits to the article were moderate and an improvement. The reality is that this is an Aranda song, so edits are reflected in reliable sources. No change in support. In ictu oculi (talk) 01:37, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
- Also, thanks for notification. No reason to change support. I am happy with the nominator's course of action. --Richhoncho (talk) 08:36, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
