Clean up, etc.

I added the clean up templates Template:Lead missing, Template:Bare URLs and Template:BLP refimprove because the article has no lede section at all and needs a bit reorganizing as well as some sourcing for the Geiger's background info prior to Ohio State. Even his name should probably be sourced per WP:FULLNAME since the sources cited refer to him as "Andy". If Geiger was born as "Ferdinand", but commonly uses "Andy" then the current wording is probably OK. If, however, Geiger legally changed his name to "Andy", then wording needs to reflect that and it should be sourced. - Marchjuly (talk) 23:09, 12 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
