- Oppose. Oh come on, countless organisations issue Annual Bulletins. This is far too ambiguous a title, whether it's the only article we've got with that specific title or not. Common sense has to be applied to article titling. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:11, 6 June 2018 (UTC)
