External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Anthony Van Corlaer. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20081201185613/http://www.mcny.org:80/museum-collections/painting-new-york/pttcat1.htm to http://www.mcny.org/museum-collections/painting-new-york/pttcat1.htm
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

Washington Irving was not very good at Dutch reading comprehension

Non-Irving stories?
[edit]Are there any stories in circulation about Anthony that aren't basically retellings of Irving? There has been novel visual and even musical work inspired by it, but there doesn't really seem to be subsequent literature where authors place him in new situations, unlike say Paul Bunyan.--Pharos (talk) 01:13, 11 June 2021 (UTC)
