I'm starting this topic to aggregate speculations regarding the unindicted coconspirators. Politico thinks that unindicted coconspirator 1 is Donald Trump and 4 is Ken Chesebro. The other ones are: Kelly Townsend, Mark Finchem and Jack Wilenchik.
P.S. thanks for quickly creating this article. Also need one for Nevada v. Michael James McDonald, James Walter DeGraffenreid III, Jesse Reed Law, Durward James Hindle III, Shawn Michael Meehan and Eileen A. Rice. rootsmusic (talk) 04:33, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed also on "Unindicted Coconspirator 4", whom the indictment describes as having "prepared three memos outlining how to use fake electors to overturn the election: (1) the November 18, 2020, memo; (2) the December 6, 2020, memo; and (3) the December 9, 2020, memo." Indeed that's Kenneth Chesebro, and those three memos are described on the Wikipedia article on him. Tuckerlieberman (talk) 12:50, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
