Separate articles

[edit]

These twothree species need to be split from each other into their own individual articles. --Rkitko (talk) 17:10, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see a pressing need to split the article - it's conventional to treat them together - but the article title would be better as Arran Whitebeams (if it was so it would be possible to redirect species names thereto) Lavateraguy (talk) 21:40, 4 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It could well be "both/and" rather than "either/or". I certainly think the subject deserves an overall treatment, but there is no need to avoid having a separate article for the individual species with a suitable "See also" if someone is inspired to create them. Definitely agree that first steps are to move the page and create re-directs per Lavateraguy. Ben MacDuiTalk/Walk 10:24, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've been bold and revised this. It turns out that there were already articles for all three species, but one of them had a misspelt title. Took quite a bit of clearing up. Lavateraguy (talk) 20:19, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Good work and thanks. Ben MacDuiTalk/Walk 10:22, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
