Real birthdate and birthplace of Art Bernier[edit]

Hello all,

Arthur Bernier isn't born July 16, 1886 in Kingston, Ontario...

Here is an article from the Montreal Gazette dated May 22, 1953 who warns us about his death yesterday -> [1] (you must go to page 33 of 36 pages) Do you see the article "Capt. Bernier, Ex-Canadien, Dies, Aged 66" If you read the article you see that he is born in Quebec City and more far in the article that he was married to a Teresa Braniff in Kingston, right! Now what I'll do is find this marriage between Art Bernier and Teresa Braniff... --Danielvis08 (talk) 00:30, 21 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The marriage is here -> [2] We see on the marriage certificate that Arthur Bernier married Teresa Braniff in 1908 in Kingston. Art's parents are Lucien Bernier and Margaret West. Now I'll find his baptism certificate from Quebec City... --Danielvis08 (talk) 00:39, 21 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Here is in French the baptism certificate for Joseph Georges Arthur Bernier -> [3] Do you see B. 155 in the upper of the right page? If you understand french, you will read that he was baptised June 18, 1866 ("dix-huit juin") and was born the same day ("né le même jour"). His parents are Lucien Bernier and Maggie West...

So Arthur Bernier was, in fact, born Joseph Georges Arthur Bernier on June 18, 1886 in Quebec City... --Danielvis08 (talk) 00:50, 21 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
