Baked Beans equivalent!
[edit]In Papua (southern Papua New Guinea), the nuts (seeds) contained in the breadnut are roasted and eaten (and enjoyed!) - and the results on the digestive tract are similar to those of baked beans. So much so, that in the Motu language, a person passing flatus may hear the comment, "Unu!" meaning breadnut (also used for breadfruit)! Ptilinopus (talk) 08:41, 17 February 2013 (UTC)
