Wilson McCutchan

[edit]

The info that Wilson McCutchan is the roommate of Ben Ondrus has been added to this article by the following IP addresses:

First, since no source is ever given, this violates Wikipedia's policy of verifiability. Second, even if the information is true, adding trivial elements about a non-notable individual marginally involved in the relatively unknown subject's personal life does not rise to the level of encyclopedic.

Now let us consider whether the information is indeed true.

The above listed IP addresses have also inserted the name Wilson McCutchan into over 35 other articles.

Here is a list of what these IP addresses described as Wilson McCutchan's occupation (or claim to fame) followed by a link to that insertion:

Conclusion

[edit]

Since it is impossible for Wilson McCutchan to have done or been all of these things, it is reasonable to conclude that the claim that McCutchan is the roommate Ondrus is also false. Please do not insert this information unless you include a legitimate reference. Cynrin 01:50, 13 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm fairly sure it's some bored dude or friends with a dynamic IP or access to multiple computers.--Wafulz 01:53, 13 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Based on the principal of "assume good faith", perhaps he is just a very adept time traveler. --Jamphone —Preceding undated comment added 01:20, 17 January 2012 (UTC).[reply]
