[edit]There is no conflict of interest with regards to ethnic communities or surnames. Anyone is free to edit articles on those subjects, including people from within and without of the community. Please feel free to make any appropriate changes as you wish, and to add any notable names which are necessary, making sure that any name you add is not your own. .spintendo 17:55, 26 May 2018 (UTC)
- @Spintendo: it is more complicated than that. The person added should already have an article and the info at User:Sitush/Common#Castelists applies. - Sitush (talk) 18:38, 28 May 2018 (UTC)
- Other parts of the request may be infinitely "more complicated", but ultimately my comments were minimally addressing those parts (i.e., "Please feel free to make any appropriate changes as you wish, and to add any notable names which are necessary") My main concern here was and still is the use of the Conflict of interest edit request template, which as I stated, cannot be used in this article. Notes on sourcing
[edit]I've pruned a bunch of un-reliable sources along with sources, which were used in violation of our prohibitions on synthesis from the article. But, I can't access Folk art and culture of Gujarat:guide to the collection of the Shreyas Folk Museum of Gujarat due to geo-barrier issue(s) of Google Books.Sitush, can you please check whether you can access the same and correspondingly vet the article?~ Winged BladesGodric 08:02, 28 May 2018 (UTC)
- I can't see it either, and I don't think I've ever seen it used anywhere else. - Sitush (talk) 18:36, 28 May 2018 (UTC)
