Oppose He's not commonly known by his middle name, so people won't be searching for him by his middle name. Plus, if there's only two pages to disambiguate from, WP:TWODABS says a hat note, as is currently in place, is sufficient. – Muboshgu (talk) 14:17, 17 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I'm also striking object to Brian Banks as primary - for football alone no, but given the legal notability doesn't look just WP:RECENT then yes he may well be primary. The dab however Brian Banks (disambiguation) will still be needed because of the musician of The Beepers. I'm surprised he doesn't have his own article, he gets more hits than the band.
