You are perfectly at liberty to edit the article yourself if you wish, though you may get an objection if you don't provide a citation (which would be churlish, under the circumstances, IMHO). It is true that the Guardian article cited only accounts for 111 of the 112 passenger nationalities, and there is indeed a Mr S P Frederick listed as a passenger in the investigation report (though that doesn't quote any nationalities).
