The service on the flights between New York and London around 1971 was exquisite. A whole different world of air travel. Selah.

Why BA stuff in the InfoBox?[edit]

I find it very odd that the InfoBox is mostly about the wrong airline (British Airways). Even the Logo is that of BA, not the Speedbird logo of BOAC. BOAC is NOT BA! I don't have the ability to change it - Adrian Pingstone 09:24, 16 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

IATA and ICAO code[edit]

Aden Airways[edit]

History[edit]

I'm missing quit a lot in the history part, even (what I feel are) significant points, like how it was created (wasn't this a merger?) or its activities during WW2 (didn't they do the aerial route to (neutral) Spain?). The flew IIRC, to Spain, Portugal, and Sweden during the War, mostly using Lodestars and Dakotas, although for Sweden the Lodestars were later replaced with Mosquitoes. Orphaned references in British Overseas Airways Corporation[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of British Overseas Airways Corporation's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
