The reason for the "Hang On"[edit]

It's been confirmed by her official website as the second single, and it went for adds yesterday (April 7). Therefore, the speedy doesn't apply, and there's no reason for deletion. SKS2K6 (talk) 18:59, 8 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for rollbacking you, it was an accident due to my clumsy fat fingers operating a mouse too small for them. I see that the single has been confirmed. I will remove the speedy tag. Thanks. SWik78 (talk) 19:06, 8 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The song appears to have already peaked, dropping from #23 to #32 in its second week on the Billboard Hot 100.76.22.201.109 (talk) 00:21, 3 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Someone sabotaged the single's BB peak[edit]

'Bye Bye' peaked at #19 on the Billboard Hot 100. Someone changed it wrongly to 14 by citing a wrong source (another chart other than Billboard's). I corrected it. 87.221.4.138 (talk) 15:16, 25 July 2008 (UTC)LaShawnia Hyrse, July 25, 2008.[reply]

Love Story as the next single?[edit]

Just like Bye Bye Love Story is weak, I don't understand why they would consider releasing it for the third single while there are stronger ones like Side Effects, For the Record,or I stay in love. That chick is a far better choice for the third release. It's really disappointing! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.111.74.219 (talk) 00:15, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Bye Bye musc video[edit]

One of the things i wanna now about Bye Bye video is if one of the final scenes when Mariah is singing at a tour, appears Monique Coleman? Please tell me. Pedrovip (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 14:12, 10 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

YouTube[edit]

I reinstated the section about the YouTube video having become a spontaneous online digital monument for lost loved ones. I think it adds real value to the article. If you disagree, please discuss it here, and don't delete it anonymously and without comment! Captain Chaos (talk) 13:39, 22 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It's original research that's somewhat trivial and non-neutral. In order to re-add it, please find a reliable source that states such. SKS (talk) 21:53, 22 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It's a self evident fact. It has nothing to do with 'original research'. The 'reliable source' is the video itself; if you go there you can see that it has ten thousand comments, most of which are dedications to deceased people. No interpretation necessary. I understand the need for verifiability, but this is ridiculous. It sounds to me more like someone just doesn't agree with me that it's significant, and is hiding behind official policy to enforce their own opinion. Captain Chaos (talk) 12:58, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Is there anyone here who does think it's significant and this section deserves to be in the article? Captain Chaos (talk) 13:09, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
