Lead section too short

The lead section of this article is too short to give an adequate summary of the article. Can somebody work on it? I'd take a crack at it, but I haven't had time to read the whole article and I'm not great at writing leads. Ryan Vesey 23:16, 7 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
