inconclusive sentence
[edit]The last sentence of the "scandals" section is grammatically confounded and of ambiguous intent. "On October 3, 1991 Bill Clinton became with white southern Governor to announce for the democratic nomination."
I don't know but suspect that Robb was not the only other white southern governor to announce, one possible but very problematic direction the author might have been heading towards. Without a clear idea of the information the author thought s/he was imparting, and without sufficient interest to immerse myself in the subject, I'm leaving it alone, awful tho it is.
I removed the sentence. It didn't make any sense to me either. It seemed to have nothing to do with Robb. Its author should come back and insert a sentence that really says whatever he was trying to say. DutchmanInDisguise (talk) 04:08, 17 September 2011 (UTC)
