Why nothing on the increase in the Sales Tax?[edit]

The biggest change in policy that Governor Dauguaard pushed was the increase in the States Sales Tax to fund increased government education spending. It should also be noted that the Sales Tax in South Dakota applies to food, indeed all basic items.
