Dudayev
[edit]MUCH more common spelling. --HanzoHattori 08:44, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
Fighters from Baltics? Any reference to that?
How about less history of Chechnya, more biography?

Serious NPOV Violations
[edit]This article has no basis in the history of Chechnya. Dudayev beheaded his opponents and suppressed pro-Russian Chechens.
This article presents him as a hero, and to that extent, it should be seriously reworked. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.194.63.129 (talk) 12:47, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
- It would be better to keep this page free from Kremlin propaganda. Grey Fox (talk) 20:55, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
I agree, it is also important to keep it free from Pro-Terrorist propaganda and propagandists like little Grey Fox here, the brother of Grey Wolf. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.194.63.129 (talk) 13:06, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- Ah yes, even presidents are terrorists now. Do us all a favour and keep your personal attacks and agenda away from wikipedia. Grey Fox (talk) 16:13, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
The late president of Chechnya was not a terrorist, others who fight for Chechnyan independence may be terrorists. Many who fight against them are terrorists as well.

[edit]Chechenya under Dudayev was not a democracy it was a Mafia state, this country was ruled by an Oligarchy of traditional Clans and criminal Organizations.--Magnus Winterholme (talk) 19:27, 12 December 2015 (UTC)

Clarification
[edit]Does the sentence 'Vladislav Surkov, who was formerly Putin's top aide and an ideologist, is believed to have a distant relation with Dzhokhar' mean that they were related, or that they had a working relationship (and should it be Dudayev rather than the given name)?
