Die Siedler von Elei Sinai hatten 20 Jahre zusammen gelebt und wollten auch in der Zukunft zusammen bleiben. Man soll ihnen Hotelzimmer versprochen haben, mußte aber dann einräumen, daß es in der Stadt, wo sie hätten unterkommen sollen, bei weitem nicht genügend Hotels gäbe. The settlers of Elei Sinai had lived together for 20 years and wanted to stay together in the future. They are said to have been promised hotel rooms, but then had to admit that there were nowhere near enough hotels in the town where they were supposed to stay. One can now argue whether the people should have taken care of this themselves in good time (one would have to know what options they would have had) or whether it was not unfair to drive people from whom one wanted to secure occupied land (in the interests of the state) into the heath like vagrants in what was already the second forced resettlement.
